General Rental Terms
Article 1: Purpose
These general terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the seasonal rental of the "Allogiu di a Cupulatta" studio located in the Fiori di Cala Rossa residence in Porto-Vecchio.
Article 2: Duration of stay
The tenant who signs the contract for a fixed term may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the property beyond the agreed dates.
Article 3: Booking
The booking becomes effective once the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount and a signed copy of the contract. The booking is only confirmed upon written agreement from the owner.
Article 4: Cancellation
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund
- Cancellation between 30 and 15 days: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 15 days: no refund
Article 5: Use of the property
The tenant must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The tenant agrees to return the property in good condition.
Article 6: Capacity
This contract is established for a maximum capacity of 2 adults + 1 child. If the number of occupants exceeds the capacity, the owner may refuse additional guests.
Article 7: Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Article 8: Security deposit
A security deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival. It will be returned within 7 days after departure, less any deductions for damage or restoration costs.
